Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us, however if you've changed your mind then please return your order to us within 45 days of the date of dispatch. Item(s) will need to be returned unworn, in the original box and with any associated wrapping.

In your delivery you will find a returns label and a returns note. Please fill in your returns note with your details and why you are returning the item(s).
Add your WEB****** order number to the label then apply to the packaging. The parcel will need to be taken to a Post Office.

Returns may take up to 14 days to process.

If you have any issues, or did not receive a returns label with your order, please visit the Returns Portal to send your items back to us.

PLEASE NOTE
Should you choose not to use our returns services, or there is not a drop off location available to you, the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back with us and we cannot refund your postage costs for the return.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, you would need to return the incorrect size for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
Unfortunately our returns are automatically refunded upon their receipt, so we're unable to process an exchange. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
