All our parcels are handled by our courier and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, during the weekend and on any UK Bank Holiday will be processed on the first working day after the break.
Certain postcodes may experience an additional day for delivery. Customers in Northern Ireland will also experience an additional day on their delivery Service.


Our courier can deliver anytime between 7am and 10 pm and a signature may be required to confirm receipt.
If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted they will leave a card.
